Hudson Leadership Development Consultants truly believe that the establishment of a leadership profile immediately links into the mission & strategy of an organisation and its business model. Identify

For both those within management positions and those perceived as potential leaders we use proven diagnostic tools such as development centres and 360° feedback to identify their potential in relation to the required profile. We define individual development needs on 3 levels:
